Who we are
DablewDevs ("we", "us") provides software development, AI engineering and related services. Questions about these terms: sales@dablewdevs.com.
What you are buying
Each package on our pricing page describes a defined scope, deliverables and an estimated timeline. Before work starts we confirm the scope with you in a short written brief. Work outside the confirmed scope is quoted separately and only starts with your written approval.
Payments
Work is contracted and paid through Upwork. Each package is set up as an Upwork contract with milestones — the first milestone is the deposit shown on the package — and you fund each milestone into Upwork escrow and release it when you approve the work. Monthly engagements run as Upwork hourly or monthly contracts. Upwork's own terms, fees and dispute process apply to payments. Prices are in US dollars and exclude third-party costs such as hosting, API usage, app store fees and software licences, which are billed to your own accounts.
Timelines
Timelines are estimates that depend on timely feedback, access and content from you. We tell you as soon as we see a risk to a date.
Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the code and deliverables we create for you. Open-source libraries and third-party services remain under their own licences. We may reuse general know-how and non-client-specific tooling.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information, code and data confidential and use it only to deliver the work. We are happy to sign your NDA. We do not name clients publicly without permission.
Warranty and support
We fix defects in delivered work that are reported within 30 days of delivery at no charge. Ongoing maintenance, new features and changes are covered by a support plan or a separate quote.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Cancellation
Either party may end an engagement with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that point; refunds of deposits are covered by our refund policy.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version that applies is the one in force when you bought the package.
